I just noticed something strange: There are many suggestions for Kubuntu

- Usei o dosbox para emular o xtree DOS mas ele simplesmente para nos
diretórios da raiz, não habilita os arquivos internos destes.
- Não quero testar o xtree win porque não uso (nem quero usar)
Pois éo s caras contratam empresas terceirizadas para resolver seus
problemas, mas não capacitam ninguem para isso.
O tecnico deveria conhecer os principais S.O.'s para ter ao menos uma noção
de como resolver, alem de que a maioria dos modens eh configurada pelo

Preciso que as estações Ubuntu, recebe as mensagens enviadas por meio do net
send (utilizo um programa chamado RealPopup, é similar ao Winpopup do Win98,
só para XP).
Se eu coloco net send nome_do_compudo_ou_ip mensagem... funciona blz.
Mas quando a mensagem é para toda a rede (net

Thiago eu já tive este problema e resolvi instalando todos os plugins
gstreamer.
Verifique se todos eles estão instalados.
gstreamer-plugins-bad (ugly e good também).

Amigos estou tentando instalar o driver da minha placa de rede realtek 8101
e seguindo o readme eu consegui, porém quando reincio o pc ao invés de
carregar o que instalei no caso o 8101 ele carrega o 8169...como faço para
ele carregar sempre o novo que instalei...? obrigado

Eu possou um Semp Toshiba IS-1462 que utiliza esta placa de rede.
Utilizo o Ubuntu 8.04 e instalando a última versão do kernel disponível para
esta versão do Ubuntu, a placa de rede foi reconhecida automaticamente.
Qual a versao do kernel que voce esta utilizando?

João, o Ubuntu é o Intrepid 8.10. Último kernel e todo atualizado.
Reconhecer ela é reconhecida. O problema é que ela é extremamente instável.
E não é instável ao ponto de uma ou outra vez atrapalhar. Em mais de 95% das
vezes devido a toda essa instabilidade o wireless é inútil e não funciona.
