In qemu 0.14 cache=writeback and cache=none are expected to perform
well. The default cache=writethrough is a very conservative setting
which is slow by design. I'm pretty sure that it has always been slow,

Mouse cursor not changed after deleting a file while using single
click to activate
These gpu lockup bugs typically involve your computer freezing (except
sometimes the mouse cursor moves), with a blank screen or the screen no
longer painting or responding to clicks. Only way to recover is to
power cycle your computer.
Do you ever notice problems such as that? From the log
I've had this happening to me for a while and I'm glad to see someone
else has reported it. It now makes it far less likely someone is reading
my conversations.

I think this lockup bug was likely due to the older mesa that was
present in ia32-libs.
Version 20090808ubuntu11 was just recently added to natty a day ago;
it's possible at the time your system locked up that you had the older
version of ia32-libs with the broken mesa.

I am using 3.6.13 version of Firefox along with Adobe Flash player version 10.0
in Ubuntu 10.04.

In Additional Drivers, install Broadcom STA wireless driver. This
installs the wl kernel module.
However in natty beta 1 I notice the wl module is not being used at all
