I'm asking the technician to provide more information on the card and
describe what version of Ubuntu server he is using. I assumed he was
using 8.04 since it is the latest LTS and he was describing kernel
2.6.24, but we'll just have to wait and see!

our servers running Ubuntu. They have worked flawlessly, without the need to

While I can't say much about your actual problem, I do know that is

time on any kind of Linux OS besides Ubuntu/Debian so I was sort of
