Ralf: the only answer i can give you is to do a clean install of a 64 bit
version of ubuntu. there's really no way to go from 32 to 64 bit with an
upgrade or whateve. only a clean install will take care of that. sorry.

I'm getting so tired of the software center crashing and closing by
itself. I can't even download a piece of software I need to make

I've got to say that I'm highly impressed and thoroughly thankful for the major
changes I've seen in the new release of Ubuntu Studio! The menus and everything
are much faster than before and it's awesome! I was so happy to change back

Can someone please tell me why banshee will not autodetect/automount a CD
when I insert it into the tray? I have banshee setup to automatically rip
CDs when they are inserted and it just won't do it. there's an icon on the
desktop for the CD and when i right click it, i can select the option to

If you don't want to have dual boot, disconnect the WIN7 HD from your PC,
then install the Ubuntu 10.4. This way will make you safe for sure.
