About testing before release to the general public. If the testing means delay of releasing updates, I would be in favour of release straight away. And if updates are not released on a regular basis due to the amount of work it requires, perhaps those who are doing it now could publish

Yes, I see the upload/import dialogue. It just says awaiting approval or something like that, there is no error message or error email. I made a note of the empathy url before - the po has just disappeared from the queue again with no explanation:
