Sorry, this version is even worse. After the grub menu the screen goes
black, than after about fifteen seconds it gores even blacker, indicating
that there is no longer any signal going to the monitor. A few seconds
after that the "No Signal" notice appears, and after it fades everything
sits

1x1, the screen becomes increasingly distorted when typing in an editor
window. The problem first appears as images of the previous cursor
position being left behind, but as typing continues, lines below

2nd monitors. Also it feels like there is no more cursor lag (perhaps
very slight) on the 3rd monitor (connected with DisplayLink) I have one

drivers installed. However, in order to obtain debugging information,
you would have to uninstall the nvidia driver, at least while capturing
requested logs.

I didnt install any third party kernel. I had downloaded from Ubuntu repo
as my touchscreen was not working. I was suggested to download from Ubuntu
official repo, not from any arbitrary source and exactly I had done that.
And it got updated after that from Ubuntu updates.

Anupam Datta, to advise, one doesn't download supported Ubuntu kernels
from anywhere. It's provided when one updates the computer.
You will need to uninstall the 3rd party kernel in order to restore your
system to a supported state.
