BTW - I was not brought up in this area of Philladelphia but had friends
here, so I am rusty on exactly what business was in the property at any
given time. I just know it is a great location for any business.

The sad thing is that the middle and lower income groups shop there and many
work at low-wage jobs such as home health aide that pay $6 or $7/hr. They could
use real union represtation but with health care (Medications, Dr's Hospitals etc.) being so
expensive the health care system saves money
