Has anyone else applied for an absentee ballot? If so, have you received it yet?

disabled, I had to vote by absentee ballot last fall. Now fully ambulatory, I
was stunned by the solicitude of the Democratic party and the City Commissioners

the only two people i know who tried to cast absentee ballots had problems with them. one friend in NYC never received it, and a friend in the USMC in iraq got his too late to make it back in time to be counted.
that's all anticdotal though.

My cousin, who is disabled and over 65 applied for her absentee ballot very late (thinking that she already had the ballot). She received the ballot the day before the deadline, and got it out in time.
