partly due to the fact that residents do not include their apartment number as
part of their address. This may be an explanation for why mail
Here is another cheer for Charles. In fact, since he started, I have stopped

I too am on 45th St.
This summer we got a new post carrier. I was used to having my mail
delivered before 11:00 AM. I barely receive it before 5 PM.
For what it¹s worth, our new post carrier¹s name is Brendetta. (Yes, THAT¹S
right!) I have seen her round the area much earlier and speak to her
Hi
Add me to the the list of 19104 zip code problems - we're on 45th Street.
We get other peoples' mail on a regular basis. And I'm not talking "spam",
I'm talking things like mail from Social Security, insurance papers, etc.
And I've personally been having problems getting my own mail delivered.
Me, too.

Dear Al and Ruthann,
All I know is some of my ex-students who were thugs when I taught them in
Elementary School, who subsequently dropped out and I see again work at UPS
in South Philly on Oregon Ave. right above Delaware Ave.
The Kingsessing post office has ALWAYS been comprised of knaves, rogu
Thank you all for your responses. I actually discoverd that the Kingsessing
post office is responsible for the delivery of my mail. I contacted them and
was told that someone would talk to the mail carrier to find out what is going
on, however the mail carrier is new and this has been going o
Ruthann,
I really am sorry to hear about your difficulties with mail service. Just to
share a slightly different experience: I live one block away from you, in the
4800 block of Osage Avenue and have not had any problems with mail delivery.
We continue to have our regular postman except for t
We have had intermittent issues with USPS, also (4800 Beaumont).
As a result, we switched our mail to a PO box. It isn't terribly
convenient, but we are rarely in a rush to get our bills anyway ... but
it's useful for when receiving non-UPS non-FedEX packages.
