The same bug is till present in the 9.10 final release. I tryed to
install it right now and the noapic parameters is not added to the grub2
configuration file. Out there a lot of PCs cannot install the 9.10 if
this simple bug is not corrected.

I try to recompress a qcow2 image that apparently is perfectly working,

(it says unbootable disk).
It was qemu itself that corrupted it, but I fear this is another problem, and I
can not reproduce nor diagnose it.
