Yes but beware if your router can use Channel 13 and "Wifi Scan" is

The current Pcp driver does not allow Ch13 (not sure if the BCM chipset
on the Rpi3 does at all)

If I were you I would wire the RPi to your router, or use a wifi dongle,
I've heard many bad reports re the Pi's built-in wifi.

So you *do not *need LMS on your RPi, but you *do* need a DAC with
digital out,

OK, your pi can now play those files like any other Squeezebox if you
connect it to some powered speakers amp/speakers or headphones.
So what is your intention?
Do you just want a player, or do

Despite having entered and saved the wireless information (ssid and
password), the RPi is not connecting to the wireless network. Does the
hardware support 5G, or only 2.4?
I restarted the pi several times...

It says that squeezelite is running, but obviously I need to figure out

After completing changes on the PCP page, it rebooted the RPi, and it is
no longer connecting. I shut the unit down and powered it on again, but
it is still not working.

prototype DAC with two NDK precision clocks for digital audio output).
The sound was astonishingly good compared to my F-1 XMOS usb/spdif
