I am trying to test dynamic scaling of vm on vmware with CS 4.3.
I have CentOS 6.3 template with vmware tools installed.
In global setting *enable.dynamic.scale.vm* = *true, *
*mem.overprovisioning.factor =2 *
while trying to deploy template, it's giving below error..

What is the state of the template.?
Looks like the templates were not downloaded and in ready state.
Can you check systemvms s-*-vm is deloyed and running?

Using shared networks is to the best of my knowledge the only way to give
vms direct access and ip on the public network.
You should be able to create a shared network under 'Networks'

You should be able to migrate the existing systemvms to a particular host.
Also you can create system offerings with particular tags and that can do
what you require here.
