Hi everyone, Environment: System is Ubuntu Server 12.04 64bit + KVM; 5 PCs, 1 for management, 4 for agent; agent IP are 192.168.0.140-179, template is Ubuntu desktop 12.04 32bit. Here is the problem: I build a basic zone, and create some instance few days ago, everything is alright. But today,

Hi Sandeep, Is s-1-VM vm is created in your hypervisor host? If not check whether the zone is enabled or not. Zone should be in enabled state. If there is any failure while creating the ssvm, then there will be log statements in managemet-server log which will explain the reason for the same.
