I need a SMS Gateway that is able to handle chinese SMS. Does anyone know,
if kannel supports any of the chinese character sets and if yes, which one
?
Does anyone has experience with kannel and chinese SMS ?

It seems that it is a bug of version 1.2.1.
I've tried with 1.2.1 for linux and the problem persist.
But with 1.3.1 in Linux all is well. The %00 received in the bearerbox is sent by the
sms box has %00 too and not %40

I'm trying to receive chinese characters from mobil phones. I'm using kannel 1.2.1 and
an SMPP connection to the SMSC.
I can send chinese characters to mobil phones.
what happens is that when a mobil phone sends chinese characters that have %00 in the
correspondent unic
