I'm currently trying to use an RJ45 Wavecom modem pool (8 * Q-2403A modem
module) buy at Baiyi Tech. in China with kannel 1.5.0.
It's working fine to send SMS but I sometimes have problem receiving DLR.
We are sending arround 1300 sms / day / modem and when I start kannel, during
few min

I tested with SMSBOX (sendsms) and it hits the dlr-url no problems. But when
I send it with SQLBox the dlr-url is never touched.
I am url encoding the dlr-url, and
need at least an SMS send from that smppclient. Lastly, why don't
you keep your smppclient always on? Opensmppbox was not designed for
such operation.
