I've met this problem when updating to a newer version but not updating
the Makefile.conf. The simplest way to solve this is to remove your
Makefile.conf file and re-generate it using 'make menuconfig'.

opensips? If you installed it from sources, did you enable TLS in your
setup using menuconfig? If you installed it from deb, did you install

The error you are getting is generated by the openssl library, so there
must be something with that. If you compiled openssl from sources, can
you point me where the sources you are using are?
