Hopefully I can explain what I want to do and it will make sense.
Every month I get a speadsheet from a company with information based
on a telephone number.
Now, I now that each telephone number belongs to a specific fishing
vessel.
First thing I want to be able to do is have a spreadsheet
I have tried to open several latex source files as plain text files in
OpenOffice 2.0.2 (Writer on Mandriva Linux LE 2005). I mean simply
open - NOT IMPORT - them. Just as Writer opens several other plain
text files (and source code files for C etc.).
However, every time I try to do this, I get a

(I have been used to using MS mail-merge to create address labels direct

Open the Styles and formatting window, click on Character Styles and
modify (right click on Ïnternet Link") the Internet Link Style
accordingly (no underline and black colour in the "Font Effects" tab. Or
switch of the automatic URL recognition. You can find more info in the

What password are you talking about? You don't need a password for using
OpenOffice.org. Just start the software via the menu and you can use it.
