Me answer was a response to your remark that you didn't know how to
deactivate the recognition of emailaddresses. I should have stated that

You don't even need to do that. Just use Format >Default formatting.

To bring a dead one to life you must Insert --> Hyperlink then chose
Mail & News and then put the address in Receiver the text to be
displayed in the cell in Text under further settings
