I found this swap to be quite a challenge as I have not tied winged wet
flies for a very long time. I experienced some difficulty in placing the
beard hackle or collar without crowding the eye and sometimes the wing did
not go as planned. You are correct, it is a lost art (at least for me).

We have family here from N.J. and Oklahoma. They are grand kids and great Grand
Kids.along with the adults.
The White river has been running a lot of water so I was not able to take the
kids out in the boat to fish. On Thursday afternoon we decided to check out
What a great Catch and Release day! This is what fishing is all about. Hope
