Finally, after doing a lot of experimenting, I have found that Compressor( part of the Final Cut Pro Studio 2) does a pretty good job with the following settings: H.236 for IPOD large ( which I believe is 640 x 480), and changing the extension to mp4( otherwise it is something YouTube will not t

I got to work with one for an afternoon. I really liked it for my needs. It overcranks and undercranks. Has a histogram you can see on the screen so it is easier to get the right exposure. However I am waiting to see how it looks in slo mo and how it looks on the web. It is a great price right
