know where you reside, but, if it is in the US, you might try Interlibrary
Loan at your local library. It gives you access to participating libraries
around the country and is a great service.

think it is out of print but there must be still some copies around...
I do live in Brazil (libraries here do not have this book), so I'll probably
buy it from Omni.
