I set up a bunch of 605s with 64 and 128 SIMMs for a customer in Japan. It worked fine. I also tried the SIMMs in an LCIII, the SIMMs we had worked there too. They were old fashion FPM double sided, I think they were 70ns (hard to remember - not enough jo yet...) Jeffrey Jeffrey Garbacz

Yep, We have a Tektronix Phaser 340 here (not a Laser, but big, loud, and Postscript) with a SCSI II drive attached. The bad boy is wicked - 8 full color copies a minute (real speed - not printer specs) done in melted wax. Looks great, just don't leave them in the sun... Jeffrey Terry Mathews

Well, it works fine from system 6 to mac os 9.1, but mac os x is giving me nothing but postscript errors. Somebody on the Macnn forum with a IIg had no problems though... Maybe it has something to do with the IINT only handling postscript level 1 and the IIg being postscript level 2

I thought RD was suppose to be much better than VM. Ram Doubler properly used is faster than VM because RD doesn't use the HD and VM does. Make sure that your 7.1 is updated with Updater 3.0, which puts in a newer Memory control panel. Make sure that 32 bit addressing is selected in the Memory

I just got a LCIII+ board to replace a LCIII board. I put it in, it works fine, but it runs at 25mhz, instead of 33mhz. The LCIII+ cpu says it's a 68030 @ 33 on top, and the LCIII says it's a 68030 @25mhz. Am I retarded or something??? (easy with the answer folks) Will -- Vintage Macs is
