plug on the mobo checked OK as well.
Them ain 't the ones--they're scattered all over the mobo. There's a
schematic of the start-up circuit on Gamba's site that will give you
locator numbers.

The capacitors near the PSU plug on the mobo might be bad. Visually
inspect them for damage/leakage and test 'em for continuity.

Try the keyboard and ADB cable on another Mac.
Verify that the slot of the rear panel power switch is in horizontal position.
Hold in the rear panel power switch at least 10 seconds.
Measure the 5V continuous when the switch is held in.
Get schematic, troubleshoot
