The saga continues. I was up all night trying to install System 7. Funny
thing is when ever I would try I would always get the same reply. Ole'
buddy LC kept telling me I need System 7.1 to install System 7 and when
I tried to install 7.1 it tells me the same thing. Weird. Anyone have
any clues?
do you have a copy of Disk Copy?
you will need this to mount the images you have downloaded from Apple
you can get a copy here:

Looks like the Pioneer DRM-604X will have to find
a home connected to one of my Macs, assuming it
works with 7.6.1 or 9.1. :) My PC's SCSI controller

you prob need an earlier version

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to make a boot floppy so I
can try that. It needs to fit on a floppy. I was thinking of maybe

Do I need a system enabler to get System 7 installed or should I just
throw in the towel and leave it at System 6? Nothing will mount or
extract.

Hello Stefan,
I have retreived the batteries and will test them this morning. Interesting little
things. I wonder, if I have to replace them, where I might find some like those.

Next step will be to try it on the Power IIci and

I am thinking of putting a few Stage II Rockets in there... would they be

As long as you don't mind running 7.1.x on the Rockets.
Yes, but remember that RocketShare does not support OpenTransport, so you
are limited to classic networking and therefore 7.5.5
