That is going to depend on you having links turned on in the rotor settings.
When links is turned on, then you can flick up or down with 1 finger to move

I have had that problem recently too and have also tapped in the edit field. I
have found that only moving appsfrom the switcher and then rebooting has solved
the problem. I have tried to work out which program is causing the problem, but

I like the Powerskin cases a lot. Not only to they include a spare battery,
their rubber texture keeps the phone from sliding around too much. The sliding
issue is the main reason I have a case. While I know the phone is reasonably
durable and could probably withstand some dropping, I don't like
