You can't it will have to be installed one day. Even if you delete the
download from settings general usage it will reappear at some point. I
say if you don't like this then don't be part of the Apple ecosystem.

Sorry, Christopher, I apparently didn't pay attention when you said on that
same screen and somehow assumed you were talking about deleting individual

auto downloaded the update, you can remove it from your device by going to:
Settings, General, Usage, Storage, and removing the iOS update from the list.
