Hi Joe, if you go into Downcast settings, you can boost Downcast's volume with a slider control. Maybe what has happened is that that slider has been set quite high. I have heard it distort if it is set to a high level and the podcast you're listening to is recorded at normal volume. Jonathan

Tell Siri to turn VoiceOver on. I know it needs that passcode, but if you remember where the buttons are, you should be able to enter it by feel alone. I've had to do that in the past, and it's certainly doable. I doubt you need to restore anything, just get Siri up and then tell it to turn
