Theoretically, voiceover should do that, but in the current version of ios, it doesn't seem to work very well. For instance if I want to have my iPad and my iPhone coming out from my Plantronix Bluetooth headset, which supports more than one input, then it won't work, no matter what I do.

I think the apogee quartet would be your best bet for this, as from it's description, you could assign the concert audio to any of the outputs not being used by voiceOver. would probably have got this myself, if it didn't need AC power, but unfortunately, it looks like it does, so would have

Hi Larry, iTunes doesn't change your files unless you tell it to. If a file is matched, it means the track exists in the iTunes library. To get the version from the library, delete the track from your library but not from iCloud, then choose the context key and choose Download from the context
