only. Just go to Mail settings and into the settings for your account and take
a look.
On the other hand if you use a computer and a phone you really might want to
look into whether your mail provider supports IMAP,

Are you adding the 6-digit code on to the end of your password? This is rarely
necessary, as Mark pointed out, iTunes should prompt you for this code after
you enter your Apple Id and regular password. As soon as you enter the first
digit of the code focus automaticlaly jumps to the second
unfortunately, you cannot delete all the messages in your inbox at once.
You may be able to set it so it only syncs the last 30 days of emails instead
of everything.
