I’ve heard the same about the Cardio Arm. IN fact, Amazon has the Cardioarm 2 for $119 and some cents. It is a portable unit with a rechargeable battery that is good for at least 30 days, possibly 60 on a charge. I have not gotten one myself, but several people have recommended them.

Another thing I do with my widget stacks is try to put them in the order of how often I will be accessing them.  This way the most important one will always be on top.  But also keep in mind that while swiping through your stack of widgets, it does wrap around, so you can go in reverse order.
