Assuming you are in the United States, check with the State Attorney
General's office in your state.
They should have a consumer fraud division.
Good luck,

Oh, that's what I thought. Wishful thinking that one could just snap a picture
and read a new card when the replacements come in the mail, but I guess not.

I heard about one called Zimride that might be more nationwide. I'm not sure
how good any of these are, as services or accessibility of the apps. I
almost thought when I heard Jaws say it the first time, what kind of name of
a bank is this, but looking at their site, it's another site to hook
I heard that if you pay, you even get the ability to use an icecast client
to do a show on there, which means those of us who got SPL Studio can use it
as well. I'm not sure if listening works the same way though, but I remember
reading some faq's at one time.

I tried a Breeze out with an OM instructor around here, although she
doesn't know it real well, but it wouldn't identify one point of interest in
this town. I held that button down and it said that nothing was found
anywhere, basically. I called Humanware Tech Support, and he said it should
Oh, so the Serotek/Hovercam is just a twain-compatible device that will work
with whatever you have as scanning software? Won't the IPhone do this also,
or is the camera thing it comes up as on a machine without Itunes just to
take pictures off?

It really does seem like they could make more over time getting it affordable
so more people buy. The only way that might not work quite as well is if some
technology they license is paid per copy sold, so driving up the number of
purchases drives up cost, but some of that is probably solvable
BlankI would use such an app. I just don't dig out the old players much any
more since I got my I Devices. One day the regular player just arrived at my
door, the one NLS has, but before when I was listening to more bard, I was
downloading and using the booksense or stream.

Do they even have remote scheduling like Dish does? I know Charter is so behind
the times on that. The only way a DVR would be any bit useful for me living by
myself is if I could schedule what's recorded on it by myself.

I was trying to do it with Paypal, and I couldn't get it to work. INGDirect
just released theirs yesterday, and even when I knew which side was which
using Kurzweil and the full scanner, it wouldn't take my desktop scanned

Where do they even end up finding testers for such a thing from? It seems
like we never hear about things like this until the day it's out. I'm sure a
lot of these blindness organizations have regular VO users as employees to
do it, but I always wondered how one got into testing apps like this.
I wonder if this has to do with the merger with INGDirect? It might be that
Capital One took on a similar app to that of ING which isn't accessible
either, the last I checked. I think one could barely land on your balance
with ING's app, but that's about it. I hope it takes awhile to end up

I've been getting the double tap for the terms thingy mixed in the search
tab, but it usually lets me by. I haven't actually bought anything since the
new security thing, but I have plenty of Itunes credit. I bought an e-code
on Best Buy when they were a bargain.

I bet if BT headphones work like something similar to the Plantronics
wireless USB headsets, if the battery dies, you leave yourself with no
speech. I know this happens on the PC because the audio dongle keeps the
sound driver valid, so there's nothing to receive the audio, and they die

Wow. I never heard of a cable company discontinuing one building unless the
manager signed some exclusive agreement with someone else. I was scared that
we have dish in this building, but the manager had it run alongside Charter.
If they took charter out of here, I would probably be stuck with
functionality and call quality.--Joe
