Settings, general, accessibility, voice over, speech, add new language. These
languages will now appear on the rotor. if and when you open each language,
say, US, you can choose between the American voices. Give a shout, if need more

screen, where it says setup as new, import from android, restore from iTunes,
restore from iCloud backup. Choose iCloud backup.
