app access is fine but I can't sign in to bard on my laptop. And yes,
I too am using the same credentials. I haven't found a ssolution
because when I try to change the password I get a message that says my
email isn't associated wi

still said my info was invalid, but it allows me
to get to the BARD page, so I guess I'm okay. I
filled in an incident number (1) per request, and
faked a device ID. All very strange, but at least it works now.

What is my device ID? It's an iPhone SE 2022,
but is that what the app is looking for? And why do I need a diagnostic log?

It should accept your BARD credentials just as the bard pc app does.
