What you will have to do is either go on the gMail site and go into the spam
folder and mark it as not spam, it’s a button, or, you’ll have to do it from
within your E-Mail program of choice. That usually seems to solve the problem
for me most of the time.

If you install the xfinity connect app and sign in with user name and
password then go to its settings you can turn on its alerts for caller ID or
Voice Mail. Then you'd get a push notification to a smart phone if that's
what you use telling you that you had one and can either choose

way too much to keep up with and a voicemail notification would just
get buried. I am looking for a text notification.

Works really well. Just go to settings in your account and turn on the
email notifications for voicemails.
