Well, that is what the humanware documentation seemed to indicate, that to pair
the device you did not need the code. However, this device has never been
paired with this iPhone. So it's not a matter of unpairing and re-pairing. It
has never been paired and cannot be with an iPhone or an iPad

Apex the device needs to be turned on and terminal mode selected with

Yes, I just turned off everything. Then I turned on the braille display and
turned on my iPad, which is really where I want this paired with. Turned on
Bluetooth in settings general accessibility braille. It sees the brilliant 32.

I tried it again with the phone, flicking all over the screen looking for that
keypad after I hit the button in the braille settings that said "not paired". I
never saw any keypad. All I am seeing are all those settings that you usually
see in braille. It's like the pairing button or

no I don't have any Bluetooth keyboards on anywhere. I just tried it with my
iPad mini two. No joy there either same thing. No Bluetooth keyboards are on
and paired. I do have a keyboard with a lightning cable. But it's not
connected. And anyway, it's not Bluetooth. I'm just not
