If the book is marked up correctly, the chapters are probably headings.
To the right of the play button is the navigation menu.
Touch that, and flick down until it says heading, or chapter, depending on the
book.
Then, touch the play button again.
Each flick down will now jump ahead to the next h
OK on voice dream reader you want to go to where it shows headings and you can
choose to skip headings by either paragraphs or chapters or whatever you choose
to go through then what you do is go to where it says pause and you can swipe
up or down on pause depending on what heading you selected

Panning buttons? I'm not sure about that. (I wanted to make the 'reverse
panning' feature work in iOS like it does in JAWS, but couldn't do it.
