In my humble opinion, Envision AI is useless.
But, more importantly, no color identifier on a smart phone is worth bothering
with.
If you want reliable color identification, use a human, or buy the Rainbow II
device.

Hello Cristobal,
When is this happening? Can you please tell me what action you're trying to
achieve? Is this happening when you're trying to train new objects or faces?
This will help me troubleshoot the app further!

Hey Anthony,
Not forgetting Italian. Haha. We're adding support for German, Spanish,
Italian and French with this release. We already fully support Dutch.
And our document text mode can already read Italian text in the Italian
dialect. Give it a shot and let me know!
Thanks,
Karthik

And also, Envision can read both Spanish and Portuguese in the dialect of
the speaker. And in the next release of Envision we will add Spanish
support to the app.
Hope that helps. :)

Hey Gerardo,
Quick question, what iOS version are you running? We support iOS 10 and
above. Are you now tapping the Live Text mode button and not getting any
response? Did you try reading with document text instead? We're definitely
commited to making Envision work on all devices running iOS

Using a 5S too, nothing is read either. Hopefully a solution ia found; not all
of us have the meams to have the latest/greatest, especially here in
Latinamerica, and the Seeing AI app isn’t available here, thus was looking
forward to usimg your app.

Portrait is the normal way of holding the phone with length going from top to
bottom. Landscape is what I would call sideways.
