The 5C runs the A6 chip, I didn't look but I think that's the same one the
iPhone 5 runs. The 5S uses the A7 chip which is different.

The new IPhone could have some advantages for braille users, because it is
faster. I do not think there is much use of it, if you only use speech, but
braille speed e.g
