You can log out of the current one, and create a new one, but your apps will
not be associated with that new ID.

We would like for my wife to have her own account mainly because she uses her
SE iPhone for totally different things than I do. We don't need to be sharing
apps that 1 or the other won't be using etc. We won't be do
