is there a fix for this problem? I accidentally messed up my voice over
volume so now it's lower than media. I've rebooted my phone, and tried other
stuff to fix it but no luck. thanks.

Yes, you can set this by doing the following. This bug is present on iphone 5s
as well. May I also suggest you call Apple Accessibility and report the
problem. The more people that tell them the more likely they will fix this
problem.
In the meantime, here's what you do to fix

Yes, it also affects the air as well. Also, if you use the buttons on the
