This should reveal the keyboard. Then turn off the display. the keyboard should

You enable Braille Screen Input in the rotor. To do this go to settings >
general > accessibility > VoiceOver > rotor and select Braille Screen Input by

On my 4S running IOS 6 I sometimes had this problem. I'd try to reply to an
