Are the Welsh voices only for the watch? I only found Fiona for Scotland and
Maura for Ireland. Thank you.

Well best text to speech is highly suggestive. I find the Vocalizer Expressive
voices from Nuance to be the best compromise between responsiveness and human
sounding quality. These are free with JAWS. I’d suggest taking this to a
Windows or JAWS list.
