One possible work around is to do a three finger swipe up to scroll the page beyond the chat text box, then either flick left until you get back to it or turn the rotor to form controls and flick up and double tap on the box again. If that doesn't work, it could be that site is not accessible

There is one built-in if you select it in the Calendar settings. Open the app, select calendars, and make sure U.S. Holidays is selected. There may be several copies from different sources listed. iCloud, Outlook, etc. If more than one is selected, you will have holidays listed multiple times.
