tabs in apps being pronounced as tab bar?

Hi all, Have two iPhones running 15. One of them when I'm in an app like the phone etc says tab bar when on the four tabs at the bottom. The other just says contacts tab without saying it's a tab bar. There is a setting somewhere in VO to make this happen. If anyone can tell me what needs doing

I’d recommend you start Amazon Music, execute the More options button in the upper right corner of the screen, swipe to Settings and double tap, swipe to Hands free with Alexa and turn that switch off. I’m not experiencing the problem described in this thread and I have that switch turned off.
