dropped a few things that will break many apps.
Good news: I just submitted a new release to Apple that will support iOS 7.
Well, the app store came through, the Voice Dream Reader update for version
2.8.3 which takes care of the iOS 7 issue, Is in the app store, so no worries

I can confirm the problem in TuneIn Radio and browsing stations.
I sent them a note through the app. Open TuneIn, double tap on settings and
then there is a contact us spot that will open your mail app with their address
filled in.
You will need to fill in a subject and the message, of course.
One problem with numbers.
You cannot seem to write a time such as 3:30 without using a second number
sign after the colon.
Normally, the number sign causes all letters to be seen as numbers until you
enter a space.
But if you write the number sign, then a number and then the colon,

The map data is from Navteq, the same as the APH Android app, but Mike may
mentioned the Mapquest engine as what they are based on, so I suspect they
are not simply trusting the Mapquest system to get them from point a to

Mike May said they were testing the Garmin Glo to use with the iPhone. An
external receiver will be far more accurate than the built-in one on the
iPhone when you are around tall buildings. Apparently, the Garmin Glo is
already an authorized device by apple so it connects quite easily via

Navigon updates are kind of free. You can opt to pay for more frequent map
updates as I understand it.
I don't like Navigon because here in Portland, OR, it thinks the city is
Lake Jeanclia, which may explain why so many addresses don't show up.
I've deleted the app and reinstalled it and it
work. I've never heard of expiry
dates on App Store applications.

years where you will be allowed to use the app? If the latter, I
wonder how they'll possibly enforce this given that it is not the way
purchases from the App Store normally work. I've never heard of expiry
dates on App Store applications.

I just stumbled upon it when looking for BreadCrumbs and as an instructor of
iDevices, I must say I am impressed.
As a first start, it is excellent!
I'm looking forward to the rest of the lessons/gestures and games.
I'll be informing my clients and other teachers of this great tutorial.
