increase over Air (gamma 1.4). O2-H2O separator will be required.

Good point, but even so don't you think it would be a better solution than
letting the fighting parties, who are necessarily biased, decide who are the
bad guys and what should be done to them?
War, killing, fighting isn't Americas solution to everything no matter how much you and much of the US seems to think that it is.The US spends more on defense than all other countries combined even though the next biggest are allies of the US.
