At 9.2 there are issues with Toast4 and Disk Burner. These are fixed
with Toast 5. I think that what you have to do is disable the Disk
Burner extensions. That said Disk Burner burns a Hybrid CD anyway.

In Acrobat 4.0 (not the Acrobat Reader) you can export as eps. files
for me I save as with preview of tif (But that is for me)
or
drop staight in photoshop RGB or CYMK
then don't forget to - save as a copy
tif. eps. jpeg what ever you like

Yes I've had dramas with Telstra online billing too. After much grief
wondering why the graphs functions doesn't work I was told by Telstra that
