Mike, You need a wireless base station. Your laptop and iMac can then (assuming they both have wireless cards) connect to it. It doesn't really matter what make/model the PCs/laptops are, only that they have wireless cards that can connect to your base station. This would be 802.11b or

Hi I restored the Nano with an old version of the iPod Updater software and that fixed the problem (just to check I restored with new version and problem returned). There must be a flaw with the latest updater. Does anyone know the most effective way to report these issues to Apple? T

Tom It may be that your cables are marginal and that they will work with one switch and not another. A few things to try; 1. Set your Macs to use 10Mb/s half duplex Ethernet in the Network Preferences for Built in Ethernet and on the Ethernet tab. This will give them the best chance of working
