Dragon Dictate for Mac upgrade

2010-09-28 Thread Michael Hawkins
I refer to order #73166 for Dragon Dictate for Mac 2.0 Upgrade plus wireless headset. You have charged me too much for the upgrade, but because your invoice does not comply with Australian requirements and disclose the amount on which GST is charged, I cannot work out how you got to the amount

iTunes feedback

If you feel strongly, as I do, about the loss of the Genius Sidebar from iTunes 10.0.1 in favour of the Ping Sidebar, you can register your protest at http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html. I'm hoping that this was just an oversight on the part of Apple, and that we will see the return

Hi Tim Have you tried a different keyboard and/or mouse to rule them out as not being faulty? Do you have anything else that is plugged into the MacMini as well? I'd also start trying to look at those things as well, just to rule everything out, before looking at perhaps other hardware issues.

Thanks Ray I ran a hardware test early on in the saga with normal results. Resetting the PRAM is something else to do but I would thought a system install would addressed those issues. I've swapped the USB ports the kb and mouse use. The machine is currently running a zero all sectors
