Hi Jennifer, Delete that "rogue" address in Address Book. The wrong TO: Address could only be coming from either your previous recipients list or Address Book. Those are the only two places it could generate from on a Mac. If then the problem is solved, you should post a new thread to WAMUG

Hello Jennifer, Did you clear/delete your "previous recipients" list? Also open the message/messages that show the wrong TO: then go to 'View > Raw Source. Look for the TO: field and if the name doesn't match yours, then the problem is on the sender's end, in which case you shoul tell them

Good Morning Everyone, For some time I have had very occasional delays in delivery of email both sending and receiving using Mail which the server has not been able to explain. I now find that in the 'To' line of some received emails, the name is of someone in my address book and not my name.
